Introducing Skyview’s Boys
Our male Old Dominion Terriers are an essential part of our program, representing the strength, intelligence, and balance that make this breed so special. Each of our boys is carefully selected for health, temperament, and conformation, ensuring they bring the very best qualities to their litters. They are loyal companions, affectionate family members, and proud sires whose legacy will help shape the future of the Old Dominion Terrier.
At this time, we have one male in our program. He is an Old Dominion Terrier registered through the Old Dominion Terrier Club of America.
Briarbey’s Koda
Koda stands 19.5 inches at the shoulder and weighs a solid 42 pounds. His stunning full-body brindle coat is truly eye-catching, especially when the sunlight brings out its rich tones. Structurally and temperament-wise, Koda is, in my opinion, as close to perfection as you can get in an Old Dominion Terrier. He is beautifully built, balanced, and embodies everything this breed was designed to be.
Koda has a calm; level-headed temperament paired with a very controllable prey drive. Make no mistakeāhe knows what he was bred to do and can be a stone-cold hunter when called upon. Yet at home, his personality is fun-loving, goofy, and always happy-go-lucky. He thrives on being with his family and could easily be described as a āvelcro dog,ā always wanting to stay close.
In addition to his athleticism and affectionate nature, Koda is an excellent watch dog. He is alert and attentive, always quick to let us know when something unusual is happening, whether itās a visitor or a strange vehicle. While he takes his role seriously, he is never aggressive, striking the perfect balance between protector and family companion.
