Hi, I’m Brittany, the breeder behind Skyview Decker & Old Dominion Terriers here in central Pennsylvania. What started as a “one-time” family project quickly grew into a true passion. From whelping our first litter to watching each puppy’s personality unfold, I discovered how much I love raising healthy, happy companions.

Growing up on a dairy farm taught me the value of hard work, animal care, and responsibility. That foundation—combined with my husband, our four kids, and a lot of love—helped me build Skyview from the ground up.

Our goal is simple: to raise well-bred, well-socialized puppies who grow into confident, loyal dogs for families like yours. We’re committed to health testing, responsible breeding practices, and continued education as we work toward becoming Good Dog certified and getting certified as an “Elite Breeder,” dedicated to breeding excellence.
